The unpardonable sin in Philadelphia, is to call this sandwich a "philly steak sandwich". No no no...It is called a "cheesesteak". This is a half, (they are huge). Dale is eating it in the Reading Terminal, the only place to get the super good authentic cheesesteak. President Obama followed us in, just a couple of hours later the same day. Airforce One flew him in to a campaign fund raiser for the local democratic candidate. Imagine the cost of that!

That cheesesteak looks fabulous...maybe Erica can figure out a good copycat recipe! Old Town Philadelphia looks like a very interesting and beautiful place!
